Cancellation between 25 and 29 days before the training start date: Participants will receive a 50% refund of the ticket price within 30 calendar days of the cancellation.

Cancellation less than 25 days before the training start date: Participants will not be eligible for a refund.

This policy is in place due to the extensive customization required for our training sessions, which is determined by the number of registered participants and space limitations.

Rescheduling:

Rescheduling requests are accepted in writing via mail, email or by phone call (contact information is listed below).

Participants can reschedule their training to another available date 30 or more days before the original training start date at no extra charge, subject to availability.

Participants who choose to reschedule their training less than 30 days before the training start date will not be eligible for any refunds.

No-Show:

Participants who fail to attend the training and fail to provide written notification of cancellation will not be eligible for a refund. If a participant wishes to reschedule to a different class without following the protocol outlined in the ‘Rescheduling Policy’, they will be required to pay the full amount of the training.

Late Arrival:

Arriving after the class start time may result in a participant missing crucial information covered at the beginning of the training. The responsibility for catching up on any missed content lies with the late participant. Late participants may be deemed ineligible to receive a class completion certificate. The final decision on certificate eligibility rests with the discretion of the instructor.

In instances where late arrival substantially affects the learning experience, participants may be advised to consider rescheduling for a future training session. This recommendation aims to ensure a more comprehensive learning experience. Rescheduling options will be discussed on an individual basis with the instructor.

Trainer Cancellation:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or trainer unavailability, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a training session. The ticket price of an event which is canceled shall be fully refunded to the purchaser by the ticket seller within 30 calendar days of the cancellation.

Illness:

Participants who are unwell and anticipate not being able to attend their scheduled training are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible. Participants may be offered rescheduling options for a future training session. If a participant wishes to reschedule to a different class without following the protocol outlined in the ‘Rescheduling Policy’, they will be required to pay the full amount of the training.

Force Majeure:

We shall not be held responsible for any delays or failures in meeting our obligations under this agreement resulting from factors beyond our control. These factors include, but are not limited to, fire, flood, natural disasters, strikes, military actions, legal regulations, civil unrest, acts of God, terrorism, war, epidemics, pandemics, governmental restrictions or recommendations (from organizations like the CDC or World Health Organization), unavailability of the Venue, or similar unforeseen emergencies.

The safety of our participants, instructors, and staff is our top priority, and decisions regarding cancellations will be made with their well-being in mind. In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, constituting Force Majeure, we retain the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel the training without incurring any liability. Should a training be unable to proceed or is postponed according to this section, we shall not be held liable to attendees for any direct, consequential, or incidental damages, costs, or losses incurred, including but not limited to transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses.

Transportation and Travel Expenses:
We are not responsible for providing transportation or reimbursing travel-related expenses unless explicitly specified as part of a package. Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and costs.

Event Delays and Missed Events: We are not liable for any delays that may cause you to arrive late or miss your event. In the event that our actions result in you missing the event, our liability will not exceed the total purchase price of your ticket.

Assumption of Risks:

By purchasing a ticket, you voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with the event. This includes risks occurring before, during, or after the event. Your participation indicates your acceptance of these terms.
