Lead Times Revised August 15, 2022

Takara Belmont products are prepared by experienced crafters with superior quality materials. Our higher standard of excellence and craftsmanship is essential to provide our customers with the experience they deserve. While we understand an eagerness to unbox and experience one of our products, we know a rushed production process can often lead to a lower standard of quality.

Simply stated, it’s all about the time – the time invested with sourcing superior quality materials, the time we have devoted to our Takara Belmont 16-point quality inspection, and the time we have added for hand-crafted quality production. As advanced traditionalists, our products have been refined by generations of experience and an ever-lasting commitment to our customers and the health and beauty industries.

When will my order arrive? You can request an estimated ship date (ESD) by contacting your local Takara Belmont representative. One of our team members can provide an update on your order or assist with lead time-related inquiries. We know our customers are excited to receive their Takara Belmont equipment or furniture, however, a rushed production process can diminish quality and at Takara Belmont, we believe our customers deserve a higher standard of craftsmanship.

Why are items out of stock or on backorder? Due to increased demand, supply chain disruptions, and other logistical challenges, we can only provide estimated lead times for our team to complete the scheduling, production, assembly, and packaging process. Estimated lead times offer an estimated ready-to-ship date range. They are not intended as a guaranteed shipment arrival date.

How do I obtain a lead time for my order? You can contact your Takara Belmont representative to confirm lead times before you place an order. A representative will reach out to provide the latest estimates after each order, since our lead times vary based on scheduling, production, assembly, and more. Below are estimated lead time ranges for your convenience:
